I would advise that once you have chosen your wedding date please contact me to check for availability. To ensure I can give each cake the attention it deserves, I am committed to working on only one to two wedding cake commission per week. I therefore recommend that you reserve your date as soon as is possible. To secure your wedding cake booking a £100 non-refundable deposit is required, until the deposit and order form are received your date is not secured. All wedding cake balances are due by 10 days prior to your wedding date.
Consultations offer the perfect opportunity for us to meet and chat through all the details of your wedding and how you envisage your perfect cake. You’ll receive a box of delicious samples to taste in a selection of my most popular flavours. When you come for your consultation it is useful to have any colour swatches, invitation ideas, dress photos, flower inspiration pictures as these can be a great source of inspiration. Don’t forget that your venue itself may lend itself to a particular style of cake better than another, for example the raised cake platform in Cabra Castle commands the presence of a towering beauty to enable it to be seen over its railings. Consultations are by appointment only and last approximately an hour. There is a nominal fee of £20 which should you choose to book is then deducted from your cake balance. Consultations are strictly for 2 people only, though additional sample boxes may be ordered if you feel necessary say for family to be included in the tasting process. If you are unable to attend for a face to face consultation it is possible to conduct one via email, telephone or Skype and a postal sample box can be arranged.
ON THE DAY
Many of my wedding cake designs contain delicate elements and often require assembly at the venue, so most couples choose to pay an additional cost for full delivery and set-up service at their venue. I would liaise with your wedding coordinator at your venue to arrange this in the lead up to your wedding day, as well as your photographer, videographer and florist. Collection of your cake from my premises is the alternative option, should you choose this full instructions will be provided on best protocols for transporting, storing and assembling should it be needed.

I offer a fully bespoke service from creating your initial sketch through to completing your flawlessly finished design. I pride myself on giving every wedding cake commission my full attention and providing a high standard of service.
THREE TIER CAKES
5”, 7” and 9“ round cakes will give 90 portions and start at £420
FOUR TIER CAKES
4”, 6”, 8“ and 10” round cakes will give 130 portions and start at £560
FIVE TIER CAKES
4”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” round cakes will give 220 portions and start at £800
These prices are for a plain iced wedding cake. Further details such as intricate sugar flowers, piping, monograms, ruffles or shine effects are priced according to intricacy. It is possible to use a combination of artificial tiers and cake tiers to create the aesthetics of a grander cake, the inclusion of artificial tiers will slightly reduce the total cost. All of my cakes are 5” deep with a standard portion being a 1” x1” x5” finger slice.
I do not make naked, semi-naked or buttercream covered wedding cakes.
