Online night school 1 was taught live in private Facebook group, you will be able to watch these as pre-recorded classes. This course was recorded as 4 sessions during which Emma will show you quick and easy ways to create these beautiful flowers in a classic blue palette perfect for your cakes. Emma will show you the best methods she has found that work for her, she likes to use cutters and veiners for multiple flowers and although she has invested in some specialist ones these are not essential for the course as Emma will provide you with alternatives where possible.

Emma will show you how to create her trademark sharp edges on round cakes, giving you all her top tips and tricks.
 
Full class equipment list will be emailed to you, the list will include alternative cutters and veiners that can be used. You will be added to the private group once you book the course. If you have any questions during the course post them on the private group wall and Emma will aim to personally reply within 24hours.
